General Information: This form serves as registration for the Polar Bear Summer Basketball Camp hosted by Head Coach Adam Reed, assistant coaches, and varsity players. The camp will be held at Bracken County High School Monday, June 20th through Thursday, June 23rd from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch will be provided free of charge each day and all participants will receive a FREE camp t-shirt! This camp will focus on fundamental development, individual and team drills, and gaining all around better understanding of the game and rules. The cost of camp is $75 per child with a $10 discount per child in the household (1st- $75, 2nd- $65, 3rd- $55, etc.).

Payment: You may stop by the Bracken County High School front office and give money to Mrs. Clos or plan to pay at the registration desk, which opens at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 20th.

If you want to receive your shirt prior to camp, registration and payment will need to be collected by June 10th. Everyone else will receive a shirt during the camp.

Recognition: On Thursday, June 23rd, there will be an awards ceremony at 1:00 p.m. Awards given will include: Hot Shot, 5 on 5 Champs, 3 on 3 Champs, Free Throw,  Grade Level Most Outstanding Player (MOP), and Camp Overall Most Valuable Player (MVP).
